1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LAND DD platform (LAND DD), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Services

LAND DD provides land search, architectural design, cost estimation, and construction coordination services in Japan (primarily Hokkaido). Services are subject to availability and may require separate agreements with licensed partners. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or returns on investment.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Fees for due diligence, design, and construction are as set out in your project agreement. Deposit and milestone payments are subject to the refund and cancellation terms in your contract. Currency and payment methods are as agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAND DD and its partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing Law and Contact
